Deep Water Pavilia captures nature’s rhythm in architectural art. Inspired by Henri Rousseau’s The Dream, the aesthetic philosophy of Art Nouveau and the prestigious setting of Deep Water Bay, framed by its surrounding mountains and sea, its visual language is lush yet ordered, expressing rhythm, organic flow and botanical elegance.
From this foundation, the identity emerges. The logo interlaces arches and foliage to form a mark that is both architectural and alive, translating natural growth and architectural features into a unified identity, enriched with a curated palette of natural tones.
A set of two key visuals extends this system through illustration, landscapes like a painting and abstracting the site’s geography: the arc of Deep Water Bay, the rise of the mountain crowned with a peacock, and its prestigious seaside setting. These are distilled into compositions that transform topography into a graphic rhythm rooted in place and distinction.
Together, the identity, key visuals, and the space form a coherent design system that realises the project vision: Art Nouveau Botania by the Sea.
The key visuals capture Deep Water Pavilia’s essence, abstracting the bay, mountain, and coast into illustrative compositions with peacocks that express its distinctive topography.
